• Payments are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• A 10-day grace period is provided for late payments; failure to pay within this period results in service suspension.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties or cancellation fees.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Our services involve custom work performed by our team, including design, development, strategy creation, and implementation tailored to your specific needs. Once payment is received, work begins and resources are allocated accordingly.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, regardless of your location or applicable local laws that may suggest otherwise. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. AI-Powered Services

Some of our services utilize artificial intelligence technology:

• AI Chatbots: Our chatbot services are powered entirely by AI. Conversations with chatbots are processed by AI systems to provide responses and support.
• AI Calls: Our call services may utilize AI technology in certain cases to handle or assist with calls.
• AI-Assisted Work: We may use AI tools to assist in delivering other services, including content creation, analysis, and optimization.

By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI technology as described above.

8. Custom Service Agreements

All our standard services are provided on a subscription basis with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties.

Custom service agreements are only created when a customer specifically requests highly customized solutions that require extensive updates and ongoing maintenance beyond our standard service offerings. These agreements are prepared on a case-by-case basis at the customer's request.

9. Service Usage & Restrictions

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Using our services to transmit malicious software or harmful content.

AI Chatbot Acceptable Use

When interacting with our AI chatbots (including our website support chatbot), you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or exploit the AI system.
• Use abusive, harassing, or offensive language.
• Input malicious code, scripts, or harmful content.
• Attempt to extract proprietary information about our AI systems.
• Use the chatbot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to terminate chatbot access for users who violate these guidelines.

10. Service Suspension & Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
• Failure to make payment within the 10-day grace period will result in service suspension.
• Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Any outstanding payment obligations remain due even after cancellation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to our services remain the exclusive property of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services solely for their intended purpose.

12. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any confidential information exchanged between us and the client will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in question.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiations.

If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

17. Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms depends on your location:

• For US Clients: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, United States.
• For UK and EU Clients: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
