Do I own my website and domain?

Yes, you have 100% ownership of your domain. Unlike many agencies that hold domains hostage, you own your domain from day one. If you ever decide to leave Garnium, we will transfer the domain to you at no charge from our end. Note: While transferring, the domain provider charges a fee called transfer fee, which costs around $10-$20, which you will pay directly to them.

Regarding the website code, it is proprietary to our platform and cannot be shared or exported. However, you retain full ownership of all your content, images, and text.

Why is payment required upfront?

Upfront payment allows us to allocate dedicated resources and start your project immediately. Since our monthly rates are significantly lower than traditional agencies (who often charge thousands upfront), this ensures commitment and helps us maintain our fast 4-6 day turnaround.

What if I miss a payment?

We understand things happen. We offer a 10-day grace period for recurring payments to ensure your service isn't interrupted unexpectedly.
